Luis Andres Yanes
Luis Andres Yanes, Jr. is a Director at KBIS Capital and a member of the Investment Committee, where he leads investment strategy and financing operations, providing strategic oversight across the firm’s portfolio. He maintains strong relationships with current and prospective investors across the U.S. and global markets, as well as with U.S. sponsors, and plays a key role in aligning investments with KBIS’s long-term objectives. Luis has a strong background in commercial real estate, real estate development, and construction management, with experience in the South Florida and Washington, D.C., areas.
