Giuliano Lopresti
Giulliano Lopresti is an investor, entrepreneur, and author with over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, real estate, hospitality, and investing across the United States, Mexico and Argentina. He serves as Founder and Managing Partner of Medio Tiempo LLC and Amatista Investment Corporation, overseeing multi-asset portfolios that include residential, hospitality, industrial and commercial real estate in Miami and Mexico City.
Mr. Lopresti has led projects in partnership with leading U.S. developers and has played an active role in structuring cross-border investment vehicles, capital raising, and family office strategies. He is also the author of Reconstruyendo el Tablero, a business and strategy book focused on sustainable entrepreneurship and long-term value creation.
