Gabriela Espinoza Ferrini
Gabriela Espinoza Ferrini is the Real Estate Investment Associate at KBIS Capital and has been with the firm since 2022. She is a key member of the investment team and plays a central role in underwriting and financial analysis for the firm’s real estate investments. In her role, she is responsible for evaluating opportunities alongside operating partners and sponsors, building and reviewing financial models, conducting market and deal-level diligence, and supporting the investment committee process to inform capital allocation decisions.
Prior to joining KBIS Capital, Gabriela served as Operations and Financial Manager at Sared Investment Corp., an investment company with real estate as a core focus. During her time at Sared, she was actively involved in the underwriting of multiple development and acquisition projects throughout South Florida, supporting feasibility analysis, budgeting, and investment evaluation.
