Fabiola Maldonado is the Operations Manager at KBIS Capital, driving the firm’s financial and operational excellence. She brings broad experience across real estate and financial services, having worked in Financial Reporting and Analysis at The Carlyle Group, supporting global real estate funds across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. She also gained accounting expertise across multiple industries and roles, focused on Cash Management at Two Roads Development, and has hands-on experience in Real Estate Property Management, giving her a well-rounded view of both the financial and operational sides of real estate investments.
