Carolina Bautista
Carolina Bautista is a Strategic Partner at KBIS Capital, leading capital development and investor strategy efforts in Colombia, with regional reach across Latin America. She is a senior real estate and investment executive with more than 19 years of experience in real estate development, capital structuring, and portfolio strategy across the region.
Throughout her career, Carolina has led and supported real estate investment initiatives including institutional joint ventures of up to USD 240 million, the structuring and development of large-scale assets of up to USD 135 million, and the management of institutional equity investments averaging approximately USD 15 million per project. Her experience spans capital markets strategy, project finance, joint ventures with institutional investors, and the scaling of rental housing and real estate platforms.
At KBIS Capital, Carolina focuses on building the firm’s investor base in Colombia and supporting international capital inflows into U.S. real estate opportunities aligned with KBIS’s long-term investment strategy.
